Intermediate/Advanced Reformer Class is a resistance based workout using weighted springs designed to engage every muscle of the body. This class will take you through the Classical Pilates Advanced flow of exercises to help lengthen, strengthen and increase flexibility & balance in your body.

Experience and Instructor permission required.

Another combo class! Pilates Chair combines with the Springboard...and maybe we sneak in a little MAT! The Pilates Chair uses weighted springs offering a workout with controlled movements that strengthens while challenging your body awareness and balance. I describe the Chair as the Drill Sergeant of Pilates, so get ready to work! The Springboard as its name suggests, is a plywood board that is securely attached to the wall, complete with springs; like what you would see on Cadillac. The springs attach to the board via eyelets, all at different levels to be able to give you differing lengths and tensions together with handles, foot straps and a roll back bar.

A combo class for those looking for a cardio and strength building Pilates workout. The Pilates Chair uses weighted springs offering a workout with controlled movements that strengthens while challenging your body awareness and balance. I describe the Chair as the Drill Sergeant of Pilates, so get ready to work! We call Jumpboard the "Cardio" of Pilates! The Reformer turns into a horizontal trampoline when adding the Jumpboard, allowing higher intensity workout. This class is great for increasing your endurance, motor coordination, balance and building bone density.

Welcome to the Playground!

In this class we mix things up with all your favorites! Could be any combination of Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Spine Corrector, even some Mat! Oh, don't forget props. Which equipment we will use? That will vary class to class. What won't vary are the benefits. Working in all planes of movement we will build strength, balance, stamina & stability. So, are you ready to play?

Pilates Playground

You know all those principles you love about Pilates Matwork, centering, concentration, control, flow and precision... This class has all that and PROPS! (Weights, Magic Circle, etc) This class will include Classical and Contemporary Pilates movements to leave you feeling longer and stronger!

Let's take it back to where it all started, with Joseph Pilates' Matwork. This class will take you through 50 minutes of flowing exercises (on the mat) using your body weight as resistance. Every class will work to balance all muscle groups strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Duo sessions are similar to Privates but you and your friend have decided to come together. Clients still have the customizations of Privates, you are just sharing the session. Being at the same 'level' is recommended and your instructor can help make this decision. Duos save some money and everything is better with a friend, right?!

A Private session is just that, PRIVATE! That's right, just you and your instructor. By working one-on-one your instructor can customize a program just for your needs and goals. Private sessions are recommended if you are new to Pilates, are dealing with an injury or any other reason you want all the attention to yourself!
